Roland has particular expertise in the IT and entertainment sectors and also handles "corporate housekeeping" in all areas of commercial and corporate law for his long-standing clients. In the area of IT and software law, Roland obtained some of the landmark "Used Soft" judgments which paved the way for the secondary market for standard software in Europe. Roland also heads our trade mark department.
